济南晶恒山田电子精密科技有限公司（简称JYC）成立于2000年7月，是济南晶恒电子有限责任公司（简称JJC）与日本山田尖端科技株式会社（APIC YAMADA）合资兴建的生产引线框架的专业厂家。

JYC是APICYAMADA在中国设立的第一家合资企业。APIC YAMADA是世界上著名的引线框架、模具及封装全自动设备的大型专业生产厂家之一。其引线框架、冲压模具及塑封全自动设备的设计和制造居世界领先水平，是SANYO、SHARP、SONY、TOSHIBA、NEC、HITACHI、PHILIPS等世界知名公司的指定供应商。

JJC在集成电路和分立器件引线框架生产线的基础上，与APIC YAMADA合作，并引进了日本先进的高速冲床、全自动卷对卷电镀生产线，建成了具有年产20亿只集成电路引线框架和20亿只分立器件引线框架能力的合资公司。目前公司的主要产品有SOP系列、DIP系列、LED系列、TO系列、SMA系列、MINI桥系列等引线框架。

济南坐拥山水泉群之胜，也是历史古城，在交通上更是连接京沪的中心枢纽，自然、人文、经济资源都堪称奢华。济南晶恒山田公司位于长清济南经济开发区。公司现有员工130余人，其中管理和技术人员50余人，并拥有5000平方米的一流绿色环保厂房。公司距高铁济南西站15公里，紧靠京沪高速公路，可直达济南国际机场，交通极为便利。

Jinan Jingheng-Yamada Electronic PrecisionTechnology Co., Ltd. (for short of “JYC”) was founded in July 2000, which is specialized inmanufacturing leadframes. It is a professional joint venture invested by JINANJINGHENG Co., Ltd. (for short of “JJC”) in China and APIC YAMADA CORPORATION (for short of “AYC”) in Japan.

JYC is the first investment of APIC YAMADAin China. APIC YAMADA is one of the most well known large enterprises in the worldwith products of IC & discrete leadframes, molds, and automatic moldingequipment, which leads the field in designing and manufacturing. Therefore itis the designated supplier of the world-famous semiconductor corporations, suchas SANYO, SHARP, SONY, TOSHIBA, NEC, HITACHI,PHILIPS and so on.

    Based on the original IC & discreteleadframes production lines, JINAN JINGHENG Co., Ltd. cooperates with APIC YAMADA,introducing the advanced high-speed press machines and automatic reel to reelplating lines from Japan, establishing the joint venture with annual capacityof manufacturing 2000KK IC leadframe and 2000KK discrete leadframe. At present,the main products are SOP series, DIP series, LED series,TO series,SMAseries,Mini bridge rectifiers series and so on.

Jinan is well known as a city of Springs.It is also a famous historical city, rich in natural, human and economicresources. JYC is located in Changqing Jinan Economic Development Zone. Now ithas about 130 employees, among which there are about 50 staffs in managementand technical field, and a 5000 m2first-class environment-friendly plant. It is 15kms to the Jinan west highspeed railway station and close to the expressway from Beijing to Shanghai(Jing Hu Express), directly reaching the international airport. So it is very convenientin traffic.
